Collins Aerospace to acquire flight-tracking company

FlightAware will be part of Collins Aerospace’s Cedar Rapids-based avionics division. FlightAware will remain based in Houston. The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the acquisition. FlightAware previously was under private ownership.
