Commercial real estate experts will provide an outlook on the market
The Iowa chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the CCIM Institute will offer forecasts and discuss trends in the commercial real estate market from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Wakonda Club, 3915 Fleur Drive, Des Moines.
Gene Nelsen of Nelsen Appraisal Associates Inc. will moderate a panel made up of Kevin Crowley of Iowa Realty Commercial, Chris Pendroy of Terrus Real Esate Group LLC, and Tyler Dingel and Rick Krause of CBRE/Hubbell Commercial.
