The Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines has announced the 2026 For Impact Leaders cohort, who will participate in the nine-month peer learning program launching in January. Sixteen local nonprofit leaders were selected, representing organizations including United Way of Central Iowa, Friends of Des Moines Parks, Project Iowa, Bravo Greater Des Moines, the YMCA of Greater Des Moines, and Iowa Safe Schools. Now entering its fourth year, the For Impact Leaders program was established in 2023 to strengthen leadership capacity and collaboration within the region’s nonprofit sector.
