Repurposing urban spaces will be the focus of the Center on Sustainable Communities (COSC) and the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s second “Sustainable Commercial Development Luncheon Learn.” The event, which costs $15 for COSC and Partnership members and $25 for nonmembers, is scheduled to take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at 700 Locust St., Suite #100. Chris Draper, a vice president with Terrus Real Estate Group LLC, and Michael Andresen and Scott Allen, both of RDG Planning & Design, will discuss the management of and return on investment on remodeling existing office buildings and other urban spaces.
