The 2-1 decision by a panel of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati overrules a decision by a federal judge in a separate court that had paused the mandate nationwide. In a statement on Saturday, Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds said she was disappointed with the court’s decision. Reynolds said she had asked the U.S. Supreme Court to stop the mandate.
