Corridor Business Journal: The Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors (CRAAR) has awarded Marian Flink of Skogman Realty its Realtor of the Year of the Year Award. Flink was honored for her association involvement, including her work on the CRAAR MLS Committee.The Lifetime Achievement Award also was presented to Judy Stevens with Skogman Realty for her lifetime of commendable service to members, the real estate industry and the community. Separately, the National Association of Realtors awarded Stevens the status of Realtor emeritus. This status is awarded in recognition of 40 years of membership in the National Association of Realtors and in recognition of valuable and lasting contributions to the real estate profession in the community.
