DART hires new operations director
The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority has hired Timothy Sanderson as chief operating officer, beginning Oct. 5. Sanderson has served as transportation services director for the city of Brandon in Manitoba, Canada. He also held leadership positions at Nashville MTA. He has worked as a bus operator and transit inspector in Winnipeg, Canada.
