They had to, because the waiting list for quality child care in Black Hawk County is so long. It wasn’t until their son was 2 months old that he was off the waiting list. After studying the issue, Roed knew the lack of child care was a business issue, and was perhaps one of the biggest ones his business faced. As a result, Omega Cabinetry implemented modifications in the way it does business. But Omega is not alone in the challenges it faces.
