Five commercial real estate professionals were recognized for their brokerage work in the city’s core. The Downtown Community Alliance announced that Jason Lozano and Kevin Crowley, both of Iowa Realty Commercial, were selected as the 2010 Downtown Brokers of the Year. Lozano, an assistant manager with Iowa Realty, and Crowley, the company’s chief operating officer, sold the most office space downtown last year. Heath Bullock and Korey Birkenholtz, both of CB Richard Ellis/ Hubbell Commercial, and Keith Olson of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Co. were all named Transaction Leaders for completing the greatest number of downtown deals.
