Deadline nears for tax credit workshop registration
Owners of historic buildings will have until April 26 to register for a State Historic Tax Credit Program workshop scheduled for May 5 in Davenport. The workshop, which will provide in-depth information on Iowa’s historic rehabilitation tax credits, will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the German American Heritage Center, 712 W. Second St. The workshop will emphasize how homeowners and small businesses can use the “small projects fund” to help offset the costs of historic rehabilitation projects.
