Dean Snyder announces commercial projects
Dean Snyder Construction, a Clear Lake-based contractor with an office in Ankeny, announced the kickoff of two design-build projects in Greater Des Moines. On May 9, work crews broke ground on a 6,000-square-foot retail building, which will house a Subway store in Ankeny’s Ashland Meadows development. In June, Dean Snyder is expected to begin an interior remodel at Scottish Rite Park in Des Moines. The new licensed specialty care unit at 2909 Woodland Ave. will include lounge areas, an activity area, a therapy room and nine resident rooms.
