Delta Dental of Iowa has announced it will host its next green room, a virtual conversation designed to help business leaders gain insight into managing and achieving success, titled “Leading with Purpose: Engaging Employees and Earning Customer Loyalty.” The free event will take place June 26 at 12 p.m. The event will be led by April Schmaltz, president and CEO of Delta Dental of Iowa and her guests Leslie Irlbeck, COO of Metro Waste Authority, and Alyssa Saunders, vice president of operations at Anthologic.
