The African American Museum of Iowa will come to Des Moines’ Central Library for the second installment of a three-part series on Black agriculture and farming. The discussion, led by Dr. Negus Rudison-Imhotep, will focus on African American carceral farming and husbandry. The free program will be held at 1 p.m. on May 19.
