The banking law webinar series, “Together We Can Meet Your Challenges,” is geared toward community bankers and will be held Sept. 9-10, and Sept. 15. Sessions will be presented by banking and financial services attorneys, and will include topics such responding to garnishments and dealing with powers of attorney, the rise of bankruptcies, workforce management and lessons learned during the pandemic, and the proposed regulatory safe harbor for pending LIBOR transition. This series, which will be held Oct.27-29, includes sessions with labor and employment attorneys on FFCRA leaves, unemployment insurance in a pandemic, a drug testing update, ban the box in Iowa, and a panel on racial injustice in the workplace.
