Greater Des Moines will host the Association of Leadership Programs’ Midwest Regional Conference on June 16 and 17. The host organizations -Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute, Regional Leadership Council of Central Iowa and a collaboration of 18 community leadership programs – will welcome staff and board members from community leadership organizations in more than 13 states. The June 16 pre-conference workshop, “Civility and Community,” will feature Scott Raecker, director of the Robert D. and Billie Ray Center at Drake University.
