Rich Eychaner said he expects businesses to open in his 70,000-square-foot project on the corner of MLK Jr. Parkway and Southwest Third Street by the end of summer, KCCI reported. The $10 million project includes a 24-hour Anytime Fitness and 3hundred Craft & Rooftop bar. Plans also include seven restaurants, including a drive-thru Jimmy Johns and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.
