Barron’s magazine has ranked DeWaay Capital Management among the Top 100 Independent Financial Advisors for the second consecutive year, according to the list released by Barron’s on Saturday. The Clive-based wealth management firm was ranked 54th on the list, which reflects the volume of assets overseen by the advisors and their teams, revenues generated for the firms and the quality of the advisors’ practices. The scoring system assigns a top score of 100 and rates the rest by comparing them with the winner. DeWaay, which has $778 million in assets under management according to Barron’s, received a score of 85.5.
