Direct flights to Newark start tomorrow
Beginning Tuesday, United Airlines will offer nonstop service from Des Moines International Airport to Newark, N.J. The daily flights, which will depart from Des Moines each day at 7:25 a.m. and arrive in Newark at 11:25 a.m., will be aboard a 50-seat Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft. The return flight will leave Newark at 7 p.m. and arrive in Des Moines at 9:15 p.m. The service will be provided by Continental Express.
