Diversified Management Services changes hands
Kathryn Banasiak has purchased the majority interest in Diversified Management Services from Dick Goodson.
Goodson, who purchased the company along with two other co-owners in 1991, will act as a consultant for the next 2 ½ years. Diversified Management Services is an accredited association management company with headquarters in Des Moines.
