DMACC to host career day in Boone
Des Moines Area Community College will host the 13th annual Accounting Technology and Business Career Day on April 20 at its Boone campus. This year’s seminar for high school and college students will feature speakers Craig Downs, CEO of Iowa MicroLoan, and Tom Coates, executive director of Consumer Credit of Des Moines. The event, which is free and includes a pizza lunch, is scheduled to take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 1125 Hancock Drive. To register, call Cynthia McCall at (515) 248-7247.
