DNR plans session on industrial emissions fees and budget
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources plans a meeting to discuss how it spends emissions fees from major industrial plants and other Title V facilities at 2 p.m Sept. 15 at the DNR’s air quality office in Windsor Heights, 7900 Hickman Road.
