Brommel and Catherine Cownie have joined as partners; Adam J. Freed, of counsel; and Michael E. Jenkins as a senior attorney. The team represents clients in the health care industry in transactions, regulatory compliance, administrative proceedings and health litigation. The attorneys “bring a wealth of healthcare industry expertise and experience and will be a great addition to Dorsey’s healthcare practice,” Bill Stoeri, managing partner of Dorsey & Whitney, said in a prepared statement.
