DOT recommends money for projects  

The Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) yesterday recommended $4.8 million in site specific traffic safety improvement projects for fiscal year 2013. Those include projects at the intersection of Beaver and Urbandale avenues., Hubbell Avenue between East 18th and East 33rd streets, East Fourth Street between Court Avenue and Walnut Street and the intersection of Southeast Oralabor Road and Southeast Peachtree Drive in Ankeny.
