One Race Events has partnered with Fleet Feet Sports Des Moines and the Des Moines Park and Recreation Department to bring a unique running event to downtown Des Moines. Each weekday during the month of April, interested individuals can take part in Laps @ Lunch. Starting at the Riverwalk Hub, runners will have one hour to complete as many laps as they can. Two running times will be offered with a maximum of 100 participants in each. Those interested can register online for the entire month for a $55 fee, or drop in for one day for a $5 fee. Throughout the month, prizes will also be given away.
