Igor Dubina, visiting Fulbright scholar at George Washington University School of Business, will deliver a lecture on “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Across Cultures” on Monday at Drake University.

The free lecture will begin at 7 p.m. in the Olmsted Center, 2875 University Ave. Dubina is the author of seven books on creative decision making and mathematical methods of social and economic research.

He will lecture on the impact of national culture on innovation and entrepreneurial activity based on a review of more than 200 cross-cultural studies.
