Drake to offer MBA entrance exam waiver, pre-MBA program
Drake University College of Business and Public Administration announced changes to its enrollment process for its Master of Business Administration program. Prospective MBA students who meet certain academic criteria will not be required to complete the entrance exam, starting with students enrolled for the fall 2016 semester. Additionally, incoming students who have not completed an entrance exam and do not meet the requirements for a waiver but wish to begin taking courses toward the MBA may take nine credit hours toward the degree as part of a new pre-MBA program offering. The entrance exam waiver removes a barrier for qualified students to enroll while ensuring that every incoming student has the professional and academic track record needed to succeed, said Danette Kenne, assistant dean of the college.
