Dupaco Credit Union, in partnership with Dubuque-based the Innovation Lab, has opened applications for the second year of its Gift of Innovation grant. Rather than a cash award, the grant offers nonprofits access to customized innovation sessions valued at up to $40,000 ranging from one-day sessions to yearlong support. The sessions aim to help organizations strengthen areas such as strategic planning, financial sustainability and business model development. Dupaco President and CEO Joe Hearn said the initiative reflects the credit union’s mission to help nonprofits overcome resource barriers and expand their impact. Sessions, led by the Innovation Lab’s Director Eric Dregne, are tailored to each organization and designed to generate practical, actionable strategies. To learn more and apply, click here.
