Edwards named new DMAI chair-elect
Greg Edwards, president and CEO of the Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau, was inducted as the chair-elect of Destination Marketing Association International, a trade group for approximately 650 destination marketing organizations. Edwards, who joined the association in 1990, has nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality field. In 2010-11, he served as the association’s secretary/treasurer.
