Eight Seven Central, a Des Moines-based screen printing company, has announced the acquisition of Embleo, a contract embroidery shop. As part of this acquisition, all of Embleo’s operations will be relocated to Des Moines. This move aims to expand Eight Seven Central’s production capacity and allow the company to better serve regional and national clients. The transition is already underway, with plans to be fully operational in the new location by Aug. 1. “Embleo brings a high standard of quality and a loyal customer base, as well as an ethos of friendly perfectionism not unlike our own,” Eight Seven Central owner Ben Anderson said in a prepared statement, “We’re excited to build on that legacy.”
