Ellen Pao drops appeal of Kleiner Perkins bias lawsuit verdict
Bloomberg: Ellen Pao is ending her lawsuit against Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, by dropping her appeal of a jury verdict that rejected her claims of sex discrimination at the venture capital firm. In a statement given to technology news website Re/code, former Kleiner junior partner Pao said she would pay the firm for legal costs awarded by the court — a ruling she previously appealed — to resolve the lawsuit.
