EMC Insurance Cos. has named Brian Fuller senior vice president – chief claims officer. In his new role, Fuller will oversee claims, claims operations and EMC Claims Solutions, a third-party administrator. Fuller, who most recently served as vice president – claims programs, joined EMC in 1998 as a claims adjuster. According to a news release, he led a regional claims operation from 2020 to 2022, which improved the effectiveness of the teams and helped shape EMC’s strategic direction while overseeing several key areas. “What sets Brian apart is his commitment to developing team members, and above all, he leads with a deep belief in our company mission of improving lives and our purpose of keeping insurance human,” Todd Strother, EMC executive vice president – chief legal officer, said in a prepared statement.
