Nelson will be honored at the 11th annual Bravo Awards Gala Saturday, Feb. 6, at 6 p.m. at Hy-Vee Hall. The Nelsons, influential business, community and philanthropic leaders in Central Iowa, also have helped others who experience distress, disadvantage or natural disasters globally. The annual Bravo award has been presented since 2006.
