Fast Track Filing, the online filing system launched by Iowa’s secretary of state office in 2018, is now accepting biennial report filing, Secretary of State Paul Pate announced this week. Biennial reports have been available to file online since 2002, but adding the reports to Fast Track Filing will allow businesses to keep all their filing history to the state together, with options to print the report and receive a receipt. Businesses that are registered with the state are required to file reports every two years; about 70,000 Iowa businesses will file biennial reports in 2020, Pate said in a statement.
