FBL sets shareholders meeting
The annual meeting of shareholders of West Des Moines-based FBL Financial Group Inc. has been scheduled for May 16. The meeting will begin at 8 a.m. in the auditorium in FBL’s headquarters at 5400 University Ave., West Des Moines. Shareholders who owned stock at the close of business on March 15 will be asked to elect a board of directors and approve a resolution on executive compensation, among other matters.
