Federal grants to ISED
ISED (Institute for Social and Economic Development) Ventures of Des Moines was among 100 nonprofit organizations to receive grants under the Program for Investment in Microentrepreneurs Act from the U. S. Small Business Administration.
ISED received grants of $90,500 and $50,250, to be used to provide business-based training and technical assistance to low-income and very low-income entrepreneurs to help them start, operate or grow a small business.
