Now that lawmaker, Sen. Randy Feenstra, a Hull Republican, has proposed legislation to block Water Works’ federal lawsuit against three northwest Iowa counties, which is well underway and in the discovery phase. Several lawmakers said they doubt Feenstra’s proposal will succeed.
