Milwaukee-based Continental Properties Co. Inc. has completed the first phase of Springs at Jordan Creek, a multifamily housing project at 8655 Bridgewood Blvd. in West Des Moines. The initial 122,600-square-foot phase included 116 apartment units in five buildings, as well as a clubhouse, swimming pool and three garages. Rosemont, Ill.-based McShane Construction was selected to complete both the first and second phases of the seven-building, 169,700-square-foot complex. Upon its completion, Springs at Jordan Creek is slated to have 160 apartments. Charlan, Brock and Associates Inc., based in Maitland, Fla., is the project architect.
