Former New York Gov. George Pataki will talk about the federal budget during a Greater Des Moines Partnership breakfast event on July 22. Pataki, honorary chairman of No American Debt – an organization that seeks to advance the national dialogue about America’s debt crisis and educate the general public regarding its severity — will speak between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. in the Arthur Davis Conference Room at 700 Locust St. The event is free and open to the public.
