Forum will focus on how volunteering boosts business performance
Employee volunteering is good for business — that’s the message Bea Boccalandro, a national expert who teaches corporate community involvement to companies nationwide, will share as the guest presenter at a Central Iowa Business Volunteer Council forum, scheduled for March 5. The forum will take place at FBL Financial Group Inc., 5400 University Ave. in West Des Moines, from 8:15 to 11 a.m. The forum is open to anyone who wants to build or grow an employee volunteer program.
