Fund created for Cedar Rapids small-business flood recovery

78 wordsAll Latest News, Economic Development, Statewide NewsCedar Rapids Gazette: Cedar Rapids small businesses recovering from last month’s flood will be able to apply for a grant from a new public-private program to help them get back on their feet. The Jobs and Small Business Recovery Fund 2016 was created by the city of Cedar Rapids, in partnership with the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation, the Small Business Development Center and the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance. It will distribute grants for up to $5,000.
