Jason Gassmann has been named president of Bell Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning in Des Moines. Gassmann has been employed by Bell Brothers for 16 years and has held various sales and management roles. He became a stockholder in the family-owned company in 2014 and most recently was vice president, with roles overseeing the residential team and sales and marketing. His father, Chuck Gassmann, president of Bell Brothers since 2011, will transition to the role of CEO. The company launched a commercial plumbing division this year and created a heating, ventilation and air conditioning apprenticeship training program in 2015.
