Kim Reynolds announced the creation of three “Empower Rural Iowa” task forces to address the lack of housing, broadband and leadership development in rural regions of the state, reports Radio Iowa. The initiative is co-chaired by Lt. Gov. Adam Gregg, and Reynolds is expected to name members of the task force by Aug. 1.
