Greater Des Moines house prices increased 3.6 percent in January from January 2014, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said today.

Greater Des Moines house prices increased 3.6 percent in January from January 2014, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said today. The December to January increase was 0.1 percent. Nationally, prices increased 5.7 percent from last year and 1.1 percent in January from December. CoreLogic predicts that house prices will increase 4.9 percent this year.
