The Greater Des Moines Partnership, in collaboration with the city of Des Moines, will host an Intergenerational Workforce Roundtable on Thursday, Aug. 28 from 5 – 7 p.m. at Polk County River Place, 2309 Euclid Ave., Des Moines. The event is Designed for HR professionals, people managers and community leaders and will feature structured conversations around workplace trends, generational perspectives and strategies to support employee engagement and foster a thriving workforce. This event is part of the Partnership’s ongoing Multicultural Reception and Roundtable series, which hopes to offer opportunities for individuals in Greater Des Moines to build relationships across industries, generations and backgrounds.
