Hewlett-Packard facility sold to HSA Commercial
Opus Development Corp. today announced the sale of a recently completed industrial facility at Army Post Road and S.W. 34th Street. The 300,000-square-foot facility has been sold to HSA Commercial Inc. for an undisclosed sum. It will be leased to Hewlett-Packard Co. as a warehouse and distribution center, and is an addition to the company’s existing 410,000-square-foot facility.
