Holmes Murphy has announced the launch of the Client Learning and Understanding Engine, or CLUE, a new proprietary analytics platform designed to support Holmes Murphy’s property casualty and employee benefits clients. “CLUE isn’t just a tool — it’s a new way of serving clients,” Jeffrey Austin White, Holmes Murphy chief data and analytics officer, said in a prepared statement. “By combining advanced analytics with our decades of expertise, we’re giving our consultants the ability to uncover deeper opportunities and deliver even more value.” Built exclusively for Holmes Murphy clients, the platform centralizes benefit plan, insurance program and claims data into a single platform. The platform’s aim is to help clients identify trends in claim frequency and severity, benchmark performance against industry norms, and use predictive forecasting to anticipate future costs, a news release said.
