The Home Base Iowa team, led by program manager Jason Kemp, has been named one of 10 national finalists for Route Fifty’s Navigator Awards program in the Government Allies and Cross-Sector Partners category, the governor’s office announced. Route Fifty, an independent digital news operation covering state, county and municipal governments, launched the awards program to honor individuals and teams that have demonstrated the ability to implement innovative ideas for improving public-sector services.
