Home, an acronym for Home Opportunities Made Easy, received $12,626. Housing and human services agencies in Dubuque, Muscatine, Sioux City and Waterloo also received grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The grants are intended to help people find housing, make more informed housing choices or keep their current homes.
