House prices gain nearly 5 percent in March-to-March comparison

From February to March, prices rose 0.9 percent. For the state, house prices gained 2.8 percent over the one-year period and 2.4 percent from February to March. Nationally, the year-to-year gain was 5.9 percent and the month-to-month increase was 2 percent.
