Greater Des Moines house prices increased 2.1 percent, including distressed sales, over the year ending in October, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said today.

Greater Des Moines house prices increased 2.1 percent, including distressed sales, over the year ending in October, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said today. Prices edged up 0.3 percent from September to October. Nationally, prices increased 6.3 percent over the year.
